Job Description Summary

Sunbelt Rentals is the fastest growing rental business in North America and is seeking an Administrative professional to work in the Winnipeg Film & TV operation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day administration
  • Support Branch Manager and operation as needed
  • Oversee Expendables (film retail store) including POS system, reports and inventory (order and supply stock and reconcile inventory counts)
  • General admin duties: filing, payables, purchase orders, settlements
  • Financial record keeping
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries
  • Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and other staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with film crew, vendors, staff and clients
  • Expert level literacy in Microsoft Office suite of products (word, excel, power point, outlook)
  • Ability to learn film specific software quickly and efficiently (training provided)
  • Physical ability to bend, crouch and lift 50 pounds (at times required to stock retail store)

Base Pay Range

22.89 - 31.47
