Job Description Summary
The Analyst of Organizational Development will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting various data points related to our workforce. By supporting data-driven decision-making processes, you will help shape our strategies for employee engagement, performance and talent management, and talent development.
Position Responsibilities:
Consult with TD colleagues on appropriate metrics to measure the success of programs
Assist in designing and generating regular and ad hoc reports on key human capital measures to identify trends, measure the impact of initiatives, build reports and dashboards, and make data-driven recommendations
Conduct analysis and create visualizations to present trends, patterns, and insights; integrating data from various sources (e.g. Workday, SumTotal, EDW, etc.), helping to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and interactive tools to enable stakeholders across the organization to access and interpret HR data independently.
Support in identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes through data analysis, such as optimizing talent management, identifying training needs, and refining performance evaluation methods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Support initiatives that shape Sunbelt’s high-performing teams culture and optimize the organization’s agility, collaboration, and decision-making
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people analytics, contributing innovative ideas to continuously improve our analytical methodologies.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Statistics, or related discipline preferred, or related experience
Self-directed learner with the aptitude to learn new tools and apply them to identify trends and patterns in the data
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data to uncover insights and solve complex problems.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is desired.
Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with individuals across different departments.
High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in the field of people analytics.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind, or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.
