Job Description Summary

Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of movie production? Sunbelt Rentals Film & TV ,previously known as William F White International Inc. , the largest movie equipment rental company, is looking for a Driver/Warehouse Associate to join us. With offices across the country, Sunbelt Rentals Film & TV services productions of all sizes from coast to coast and houses an extensive state-of-the-art inventory. Our job is to help bring the magic of storytelling to life, by supporting our clients as their go-to Partners in Production.

To better serve the production industry’s growing ambitions, our Location Equipment Supply (LES) team is looking for the perfect candidate to join us in the role of Driver/Warehouse Associate. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Burnaby, BC. This position reports to the Field Operations Manager, LES Vancouver.

Responsibilities

  • Pick-up/deliver orders, Pulling/staging orders Load/unload trucks.
  • Conducting vehicle pre/post trip inspections, escalating issues to manager as applicable
  • Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks (training and certification provided).
  • Organizing stocks and maintaining inventory
  • Repairing and setting up equipment
  • Supporting inventory investigations as required
  • Assist in order shipping & receiving and other departments as needed.
  • Abiding by all company policies, procedures, and local health & safety regulations

The Ideal Candidate

  • Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s license & clean Driver’s Abstract
  • Ability to drive 1-ton trucks. 3-5 ton driving experience is considered an asset
  • Ability to lift or move heavy products up to 75lbs
  • Ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours/shifts when needed
  • Competent computer skills with knowledge in RTPro, Microsoft Word, Excel, preferred

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Pay: $21.87-$23.00 per hour

Base Pay Range: $18.48 - 25.41
