Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and ensure prompt dispatch of field service mechanics for preventive maintenance
  • Oversee the timely dispatch of rental equipment and tools to customers
  • Manage the supply of parts for shop mechanics, other branches, and customers
  • Supervise the Parts Department to maintain appropriate inventory levels while minimizing costs
  • Prepare work schedules and manage service calls to meet customer demands, ensuring equipment availability
  • Order parts to ensure sufficient inventory
  • Collaborate with equipment vendors to understand maintenance needs for new inventory
  • Address customer complaints regarding equipment condition and operation
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong experience in parts inventory management
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes to optimize order sizes and reduce costs
  • Basic computer skills
  • Supervisory experience
  • Personal and professional integrity
  • Flexible problem-solving skills
  • Physical Requirements

This role involves physical demands, including bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting items weighing 50 pounds or more. Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors as required. Base Pay Range

22.89 - 31.47
