Join Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest-growing rental company in North America, as a Service Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for efficiently coordinating the servicing of both company and customer equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure prompt dispatch of field service mechanics for preventive maintenance
• Oversee the timely dispatch of rental equipment and tools to customers
• Manage the supply of parts for shop mechanics, other branches, and customers
• Supervise the Parts Department to maintain appropriate inventory levels while minimizing costs
• Prepare work schedules and manage service calls to meet customer demands, ensuring equipment availability
• Order parts to ensure sufficient inventory
• Collaborate with equipment vendors to understand maintenance needs for new inventory
• Address customer complaints regarding equipment condition and operation
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong experience in parts inventory management
• Knowledge of purchasing processes to optimize order sizes and reduce costs
• Basic computer skills
• Supervisory experience
• Personal and professional integrity
• Flexible problem-solving skills
• Physical Requirements

This role involves physical demands, including bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting items weighing 50 pounds or more. Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors as required.
