It focuses on four key pillars: resources, recruitment, recognition, and retention, ensuring our veterans receive the support and opportunities they deserve.

We actively recruit armed forces members through job fairs and strategic partnerships, leveraging their military strengths to grow together.
We’ve launched several initiatives to honor military service, including our Sunbelt salute coin, awarded for outstanding service and sacrifice.
Our Veteran Ambassador Program provides individualized support during the first 90 days to ensure a smooth transition from military to civilian life
