If so, Sunbelt Rentals wants you as our Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager)!

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all aspects of branch operations: Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, Logistics
  • Drive financial performance and operational excellence
  • Manage P&L and reporting functions
  • Coach and develop your team for success

What We’re Looking For

  • Business Management degree + 1 year rental industry experience OR 3–4 years rental industry experience
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Skills That Set You Apart:

  • Strong leadership and communication
  • Understanding of P&L and financial controls
  • Sales experience with negotiation and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of construction or industrial markets a plus
  • High accountability and time management

Physical Requirements

Ability to bend, squat, lift 50 lbs+, and work indoors/outdoors as needed.

Base Pay Range

65,000.00 - 120,390.60
