About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination of equipment servicing and dispatch. You’ll help maintain smooth operations while delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch field service mechanics for preventive maintenance
- Schedule and ensure timely delivery of rental equipment and tools to customers
- Manage parts distribution to technicians, branches, and customers
- Oversee Parts Department operations, maintaining optimal inventory levels and controlling costs
- Prepare work schedules and manage incoming service calls to meet customer needs
- Order and track parts to maintain adequate supply levels
- Collaborate with equipment vendors to understand maintenance requirements for new inventory
- Resolve customer concerns related to equipment condition or operation
- Support additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with parts inventory management
- Knowledge of purchasing processes and cost optimization
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- High level of personal and professional integrity
- Flexible, team-oriented approach
Physical Requirements
- Ability to bend, squat, crouch, and reach
- Lift 50 lbs or more
- Work indoors and outdoors as required

Base Pay Range
