Sunbelt Rentals—the fastest‑growing rental company in North America—is hiring a Flooring Solutions Technician. In this role, you’ll perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of flooring‑specific rental equipment, ensuring our customers can keep their projects moving with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on flooring equipment such as floor scrubbers, grinders, polishers, strippers, sanders, and surface prep tools
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Ensure equipment is rental‑ready, clean, safe, and reliable
- Support a fast‑paced workflow with shifting priorities
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical training preferred
- 1–3 years of experience repairing realted equipment
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
- Ability to provide your own standard technician tools (specialty tools provided)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
Physical Requirements
- Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50 lbs+
- Work indoors and outdoors as needed
- Perform duties safely in a physically active environment

Base Pay Range
