Job Description Summary

Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest‑growing rental company in North America, is looking for a Warehouse Associate to support inventory distribution across our branch network.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, and fulfill orders for company branches
- Coordinate with freight carriers to secure competitive shipping rates and terms
- Determine the best shipping method and verify accurate quantities for all outgoing orders
- Assist with stocking and organizing warehouse inventory
- Follow all safety procedures when loading, unloading, storing, and handling equipment
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in the construction industry (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to properly secure equipment for transport
- Experience operating lift equipment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50 lbs+
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors as needed
- Reasonable accommodations available as required by law

Base Pay Range
