Job Description Summary
About the Role
Join Sunbelt Rentals as an Equipment Rental Specialist! In this inside sales role, you’ll support walk-in and phone customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment. You’ll be the first point of contact—helping customers find the right tools, placing orders, and ensuring top-notch service.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with equipment rentals (phone & in-person)
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Process orders and handle administrative tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service every time
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma or GED
- Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment
Bonus if you have: - Equipment rental experience
- Knowledge of parts and equipment
- Strong customer service and computer skills

Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, squat, lift 50 lbs+, and work indoors/outdoors as needed.

Base Pay Range
